Pavlik resume nearly good as Calzaghe

Edison Miranda is ****ing ****e. Guys like Richie Woodhall, Byron Mitchell and Charles Brewer are better than that ****.

You say Hopkins is Hopkins. But when you compare the Hopkins that fought Taylor to the one that fought Joe, you make it seem like Hopkins was prime when he fought Taylor.

Kessler and an old Eubank are better than Taylor.

However, out of the list of comparisons you list down the only one I can agree is the Miranda-Lacey one.

You would be wise to youtube Mikkel Kessler and see him in his fights against Andrade and Beyer. He has also beaten Mundine who was on the Contender season 3. He is a FAR stronger boxer than he has been given credit for and I predict over the next 2-3 years he will top the super-middleweight division. I also fancy his chances against Pavlik as he punches hard and has superior boxing skills. He is a superior boxer than Taylor without a doubt.

As for Eubank being a has been he was actually only 32 when he fought Calzaghe and other than his wars with Watson and Benn he was not damaged goods by this point.

I REALLY hope Calzaghe takes one more fight if he beats Jones Jr against Pavlik as I am convinced his walk forward style would make Calzaghe look very good and would result in a comfortable points win. This would then hopefully end the "Calzaghe is overrated" type posts.

Who makes up these rules??? You're an absolute joke. Calzaghe fought an older Hopkins than Taylor. And now Pavlik is fighting an even older Hopkins but you argue theres no difference?
