Then take out the illegal object (shiv) when the ref isn't looking at stab at his opponent.
His flaw now is he just doesn't throw enough.

Skilled and crafty ass hell, but very boring. He just simply refuses to let his opponents fight whether that means holding, moving, clinching, leading with his head, whatever it takes to prevent the other guy from throwing a meaningful punch.

Hopkins doesn't make for the most entertaining of fights but I enjoy watching him fight because of his ring smarts.
