Hopkins these days is quite boring yes, but I personally always find something interesting in his fights. He is good at doing what needs to be done against any particular opponent, and from a technical point I can usually appreciate that.

Yes, B-hop has now becoming boring especially in his last 2-3 fighters maybe the effect of age is showing but he seem content to throw 4-6 punches a round then hold/clinch alot just like Wladimir Kli..

Hopkins at this stage of his career is quite boring, he clinches and throws few punches but people seem to forget that he is 43. his defensive one punch at a time holding style is because he lacks the stamina to work for a full 12 rounds being because he is 43. Hopkins when he was young and also in his prime was good to watch. What i like about Hopkins now is for him to be so competitive with younger fighters and in some cases argueably beat them.

Every fight Hakkar to present I would say "yes", though the Taylor fights were chess match like, so they held my attention.

His fights vs. Winky and Calzaghe belong in the "Insomnia Prevention Collection" with Ruiz-Oquendo, Ibragimov-Briggs, and Byrd-Williamson.....
