No. He is a very good fighter, one of the better Lightweights of the past 10-15 years, but he's not an all-timer. I don't know if I'd rank Castillo inside the top 15 all-time at his weight.

He had a great run for awhile though. Even though I thought Casamayor and Johnston (second fight) beat him by the slimmest of margins, he still kicked ass from about '04 to '06.
