beat good fighters but his reign was short, had he recived the decison over Floyd, maybe a possibility as one of the best 135 fighters.

Very tough, exciting fighter but not really an all-time great. He's one of my favorites though.

No. Higher standards need to be used in judging ATGs. But he was certainly a good fighter of the type he was.
