knockdowns only matter when the opponent dont get up. marquez got up all 4 times. in the first fight he won 10 rounds by outclassing pacquiao. marquez won 8 rounds in the first fight. i thought they were very easy fights to score for anyone who knows even a little about this great sport of boxing.

Knockdown is a knockdown and many believes that one knock down equivalent to 3 rounds winning. Pac-JMM 1 should be clearly goes to Pac, though he commented once on the decision, he did not take it as big issue and instead he faced it as a man! but for Pac-JMM 2 I viewed it as 6 rounds for JMM and Pac but bec. of the knockdown Pac had 8 rounds wins!
