Wow I'm ****ing speechless. Not only do you not know how to score a fight (Barrera-Marquez) you even said Barrera owned him . My god, Marquez won every round from round 6 on. How the **** did you score it for Barrera? Marquez was clearly landing the better combinations and throwing a lot more of them too. Barrera would only land jabs and occasion stuff here and there, but he was clearly getting dominated. Why else did Barrera hit Marquez when he was on the floor? He was frustrated as **** that's why. Then Marquez repeated a round 7 performance (which was near perfect minus the knockdown at the end. That round would have been 9-9 anyway if Barrera did get the knockdown) in round 10.

Then Marquez didn't give Pacquiao trouble . Why and the hell was Pacquiao cut then and brusied up? Why did Freddie Roach even go to say it could have gone the other way?

Also you are a dumbass for thinking that Guzman and Hatton are more exciting then Marquez. Because you know that Hatton-Urango was ****ing FOTY material right there. I find Guzman pretty exciting myself, but not as much as Marquez. Khan is not more exciting then Marquez.

Katsidis and Valero are giant mismatches. Guzman will beat Campbell and then because Pacquiao will probably get knocked out by De La Hoya, he'll skip his march date. Then meanwhile, Guzman and Marquez will have to fight to earn a position at Pacquiao.

The only reason he is fighting these "Bigger and better challenges" is because he's making 10 million dollars to do so against De La Hoya.

I would say Guzman is more exciting than JMM and I think Hatton is a very exciting fighter in the right context.

....funny how a guy who gets knock out ..in the 1st fight and again in the second fight ...thinks he won both fights.. i admit both fights were close..but Pacquiao still won both fights..Marquez needs to move on...if Marquez handles his business..who knows..maybe a 3rd fight!!

Guzman is more exciting based on what? The Soto and Barrios fights? I love the Barrios fight and the Soto fight is good, but many many many people call him a runner. Juan Manuel may have been really boring against Gainer, but he hasn't been in one dull fight since Drawing with Pacquiao in 2004.

I agree Hatton can be exciting like with Tackie, Tszyu, and Mayweather, but he's had bad fights too. Just like Marquez. Infact, Marquez has been the more exciting fighter lately.

2 things:

1. You have no right to talk about "common sense" when you list Juan Diaz, Michael Katsidis, and Edwin Valero as "tougher and bigger money wise" oppnenots. Not to mention that Barrera was "robbed" against Marquez.

2. When quoting a phrase, at least get it right. PLAIN AND BASIC COMMON SENSE. It's not that hard to mess up, but somehow you did. Cong****

It's not a step backwards. The second fight drew in a lot of money for that type of fight and did well past exceeded expectations. HBO could really hype that up and make even more money off it. A thrid fight would be great.

Of course he's not going to make as much money as De La Hoya, but I'd say hold off on Hatton after that. He needs to fight the Marquez-Guzman (assuming they both win) fight in June 2009. Then he can fight the winner of Khan-Hatton in september if that fight still goes ahead.
