Wow i win one big fight over a guy i'm one maybe 2 division over and i deserve a mega fight with oscar de la hoya....No it doesn't work like that he beat Mosley and Paul williams then he could....Margarito doesn't deserve it...Look at pacquiao career he never ducked anyone didn't make up excuses even though i thought he lost to marquez both times....anyways as much as i don't like this fight It's going to do great numbers cause if you look at it Pacquiao skipped two divisions to fight Diaz and looked phenomenal....I think his power and speed will still be there, but come on ODLH been in the ring with b-hop, vargas. trinidad, mosley, whitaker, mayorga and they all hit way harder than pacquiao....Only way i see is if ODLH dehydrates himself to make 147 cause he haven't fought their in ages.....We may not like this fight, but the mexican ppl, Chavezes are eating the hell out of it....Cause they want pacquiao too win...If he does ODLH would be counted as a joke and his career would be consider a failure to most.....Once oscar wins this he will be a hella alot richer than Floyd mayweather will bring his ass out from hiding with osama playin peek-a-boo and fight him cinco de mayo winner gets the winner of welterweight supremacy mosley or margarito because if they both win their fights you kno they will fight each other...plus williams ain't got enough names on his belt for that he just has margarito until he beats other elite fighters i will always consider him #2 or #3 welterweight in the world.....Thats real talk

I would have to agree with Margarito. De La Hoya is not interested in making great fights anymore. His only concern is making a billion dollars. Which is cool, but don't act like this is a fight the fans want to see. Because it's not. I much rather see De La Hoya fight Margarito and lose. I would respect him more. He's going out trying to fight the best. The way it should be. Instead he's putting himself in a position that he comfortable with, because if he does not KO PacMan. He's going to look bad, but he doesn't care about that. All he cares about is MONEY, and that's basd for boxing. He's in a great position to put on a great fight for mainstream America. Remember he's the one who said Mayweather ran all night. We know Margarito will not run. So what's the problem Oscar? Just be real, and say you want to fight the easy fight for the most money. I would be alright with that...

Nope. Right now he sounds like a nagging old woman with the way he's whining about Delahoya. There are other fights to be made and the Delahoya fight is not going to happen. Margarito needs to STFU and fight Williams or Clottey. There are no other fights that make more sense than that.

As for De La Hoya i lost RESPECT for him after the Trinidad fight. Oscar I hope you read this. Compa, you could've been the best, but your not because you never gave it your all in boxing. You might have money, but you'll never have the true respect from boxing fans. You are a puppet of boxing. You never fought with the pride that so many mexican greats fought with. To be honest I hope you lose to Manny P so you can finally close your book in boxing. Hands down for you Oscar.

Getting pissed and complaining is understandable up to a point. After a while it's just whining and makes it harder to sympathize with the person who is whining. Delahoya doesn't owe anything to Margarito and has every right to look out for number 1 whether Margarito or boxing fans like it or not. It's time for Tony to move on.
