Cotto would destroy Margarito in a rematch

Cotto has a good chance of winning the rematch if he improve a few things, He need to know how to box going backward or at least throw the jab while going backward.

He need to pace himself better or learn how to take a breather/cling a little, He was doing well and making Margarito look amatuerish in the earlier rounds but even at those stages you can sense Rito was going to overwhelm him.

I agree Margarito will stop him even earlier if there was a rematch probably between rounds 6-8. Most of those shots Tony hurt Cotto with were little more than arm punches. He didn't even load up his regular huge looping haymakers that he likes to throw.

This is why i laugh when people said cotto would come back bigger and better, There is NO way Cotto would comeback better, Yes he would be carefully built back by them putting him in with easy opponent for him to gain his confidence back but there is no way he would be the undefeated cotto he was before the beating he took from Rito.

his only mistake was not clinching
if he tried bodyshots the uppercuts woulda bust him up even more
if he tries to fight margarito and back him up it would look like vazquez vs marquez 2 with both man doing damage until the weaker(cotto) gets knocked out in around6 rounds

know he didnt he circled towards the rope and not in the center of the ring. He didnt clinch enough and he did not go to the body very often. Peace out

I think Cotto would pretty much try the same thing and get caught at some point again. Bad style matchup for Cotto. I doubt they have a rematch.
