from what ive seen he does not deserve the attention and plaudits he gets ive have not been impressed by him admittedly ive only seen his fights with Azumah Nelson ,Dela Hoya ,Chavez, but i was not impressed with his style at all he does not sit down on his punches that much and he runs far to much for me
he ran away from Nelson ,Chavez, and Dela Hoya to a lesser degree and he landed nothing significant in any of those fights that i can recallComment

[QUOTE=alfonso13702;3962333]Read my ****in posts dumb ass!!!!! I already said his titles held are the only reason why he is even concidered a great, But what I'm asking is WHO the **** did he KICK THE **** OUT OF TO BE CONCIDERED GREAT!!! I'll conceed Chavez and the first Ramirez fight, but besides them he barely gets by a lot of the good fighters he fought.[/QUOTE
My response was not even directed towards your ignorant ass. From the looks of your post, I would never respond to someone as dumb and ignorant as you anyway.Last edited by joseph5620; 08-22-2008, 09:38 PM.Comment

Whitaker never "ran" in the ring. Only people who think that are ignorant teenagers who are not old enough to remember or ****** MF's who like to lie. How the hell can Jeff Fenech, George Foreman, Hagler, Ali and Marciano are overrated??? These are some of the most devastating fighters in the History of the sport of Boxing. All these fighters put Boxing on the map in their own ways.Paul spadafora
Jeff fenech
Enzo Mccenell
George Foreman
Ricky Hatton
Marvin Hagler beat up on smaller fighters ducked challenges of monzon and spinks, wouldnt give hearns his rematch, got tuck to the wire by a blown up lightweigh (duran)
Ali one of the best heavyweights of all time but not one of the best fighters.
Rocky Marciano beat up on old lightheavyweight
How can you put the above Champions in the same boat as Ricky and Macca??? That's drawing a very long bow.Comment
