Calzaghe beat every 'good' fighter SMW had to offer, although in comparison to him they were all rubbish. Especially Hopkins. Sakio Bika was probably better than him.

Wlad only fought a bunch of fat losers and the B-level fighters left over from the Lewis era.

stop spewing trash about Hopkins, Hopkins was 43 years old and he did not look rubbish vs Calzaghe. On top of that, he was Calzaghes hardest fight and you know he would have owned him up given he was in his 30's.

I dont mind anybody being a fan of a fighter or anything for that matter its great to aspire to a successful person and their is nobody on the board I dont like its just a forum , but you and a few others in here take things to the level of fan worship which is unhealthy in your own mental development because in the case of your JC assessment you worship a lie , its the same mindset that allows people to be standing in their 1000s in their nice orange caftan kneeling before a twit .

Your boxing logic makes no sense your weight of evidence is plastic , your heapings of JC praise has no substance other than your fan boy opinion based on a mixture of little experience and home team mentality that is so narrow minded in its concept its laughable , instead of a ferris wheel of self serving banter if you were cross examined courtroom style on the things you say regarding Calzaghe you would unravel like a cheap suit .

The Garbage they say about Kessler being better than even a 43 year old Hopkins is ******, the point is Calzaghe almost lost to Hopkins and they are embarassed.

He's 43, if he was 35 he'd out box Calzaghe to a clear decision and everyone of those narrow minded Brits knows it.

Calzaghe has yet to show an amazing performance against a quality oponent. Kessler is totally UNPROVEN to be considered a great fighter, all the Calzaghe hype has made him out to be great. Who has he beat?

Hopkins is the only proven fighter Calzaghe fought, and he was boxing the ear of Calslappy untill he gassed due to his age. This pretty much exposes him.
