There's no simple answer to that. It depends on you. Don't let anyone convince you that you can't do something. There are plenty of people who have defied the odds and if they listened to those who told them they can't do it then they would have failed before they even began. Not to say that it would be easy to start a career at 24 but again it depends on you how bad you want it and are willing to commit yourself to it. I know everything I'm saying is real cliche but I believe it's true.

If you can fight, **** age. Talent shines until you're old, and bein 24 ain't too old to get started.

Man I have had PLENTY of sparring in and out of the gym. I just need to get a couple of fights in the ams and then I just want like 5 pro fights. I have never lost but I havent fought much either. I was 9 - 0 when I stopped fighting real am fights. So I have foughjt, but I need some more now that Im older.

I'm gonna do it. I was debating with myself, but after reading all this, I might as well get the WHAT IF'S out of my head.

no way are you too old to turn pro. You can definitely do it. I didn't start boxing til I was about 23 or 24 PERIOD and after a while my trainers were giving me rave reviews as well and told me if I wanted to pursue it and turn pro it was no where near too late and I'd probably do really well but I decided not too. And keep in mind I STARTED at 23 or 24 and got most of the basics down and was good enough to compete in less than a year, you've already been doing it for years as a kid so it could take you even less to get in decent shape.

Im just gonna do it to get the WHAT IFs out of my head. Even if it is just one pro fight, just to say I turned pro and tested my self.

Obviously different circumstances, but Bernard Hopkins and Tarver both got their careers rolling after 25 and became champions. If you're smart with your body, you can have a prime that lasts for a long, long time.

                      too old, too much rust.
you could probably make it as a journeyman.. I doubt you would go all the way.
Boxing is a young mans sport. You have kids turning pro @ 18.
                      It's gonna be very hard.
But you know what? You might as well try.. It's better to try then not to and wonder what if forever.
