Can Mayweather take the damage Cotto took?

I think Cotto was more expose than anything else in the Margarito fight, That fight is the first fight where Cotto was push beyond is limit and he couldnt adjust/cope... Mayweather has been push beyond is limit so many times and he has respond at all times and i think that was the difference between Mayweather and Cotto.

If Cotto can toy with Margarito in the first 5 rounds then i wouldnt want to imagine what someone like Mayweather would/could do to Margarito in a 15 round fight, Margarito even manage to make Cotto look like Pernell Whittker in their fight.

Hionestly I don't see Flyod takinghalf the damage Cotto took from Margarito.
Mainly for the first reason as astated Money May will be on his horse all night. he will only throw one punch at a time and run run run from Margarito.

1) he won't stay in front of him and exchange
2) He doesn't have the heart and is not battle tested

since you obviously don't know. before baldi even came into the mix. Floyd challenged judah which at the time was the ~WBC welterweight champion~ WBA welterweight champion ~ IBF welterweight champion ~Ring champion. They agreed to fight. Anyone that watches boxing and knows boxing knows that at the time zab judah was the most dangerious fighter in the division. The same guy that knocked out cory spinks, the same cory spinks jermain taylor was having a hard time landing a punch against. So if floyd is so scared like you guys say why would he challenge and commit to fight this guy?

Floyd is afraid of the prime welters. He said it himself he wasn't trying to see any welterweights. Then he retired right before a winner of Margarito/Cotto was known. Tony and Miguel aren't a 135 pound Castillo. They're bigger fighters with bigger punches who happen to be as young or younger than Mayweather.

Floyd has fought nobody worth mentioning at 147.
