Before Paul calls out the true WW Champ he has to settle unfinished business with…

    Carlos "El Indio" Quintana.

He needs to prove that the rematch wasn't no fluke. A rubber match is in order. Paul don't deserve a shot at the true Welterweight Champion of the World, not yet.

So a win over the supposed true welterweight champion of the world doesn't qualify him for a rematch?

And a 1 round knockout in the rematch is as definitive a statement as you can get.

Exactly, a fight with Paul don't sell, know one knows or cares about some dude from South Carolina named Paul Williams. He needs to beat a couple big names on the big stage before he deserves a shot at the present day Tornado.

Quintana was dry as a bone. He wasn't even warmed up, Quintana wins a rubber match and that's why Williams don't even consider the 3rd fight. He got lucky basically.

It was still a 1 round knockout, can't get any better than that.

Who is Paul Williams he's a bum.

                  Who has he fought?

Why should Margarito fight him? The ppv wont sell. People don't know who Williams is.

                  Wililams has fought bums.

I asked a crowd of people who Wililams is and no one knew him.

4 million dollars, thats just a lie, how can he offer that money when no one knows who Williams is..

Agreed, a rubber-match is in order, Quintana should fight Williams in a rubbermatch, he gave Williams a rematch, Williams should do the same.
