    Depends on the person?

Brock lesnar beats Shannon Brings training all day...

Joshua clottey runs 12 miles when he jogs...Zab judah has been doing 8-9 miles. I'm pretty sure that beats alot of mma fighters.

Hatton has a pretty intense looking regime....

I am no slacker and I'm just a AM fighter.

Totally depends on the person...... But if you just want on average?...hmm I'd lean towards the MMA fighter...all that wrestling.

As for Klit, he has been in kickboxing and beat em to a pulp. He would beat that Fedor Express deliveryman with his jab. Boxers are in different class and would beat em on fitness alone!

BUMS fighting each other mean nothing. And that is what they both are. Only top boxer in prime to go in the martial arts circuit was Shannon Briggs. he returned from K1 with a 2-0 record and had em all trembling in boots. Lewis wiped floor with Briggs in the 5th. enough said.

Also, why do non of you have an answer to my observation of Liddel outboxing a grappler in SLOW motion. And Chuck Liddel can't box for ****! Imagine what Klit would do: DECAPITATION.
Lol!! All I can do is shake my head and laugh!

ray mercer fought guys like lewis, holyfield and klitschko. kimbo fought joe blows on youtube. enough said there.

and liddell, well he use to be a NCAA wrestler and a pretty good one at that. and he only uses that wrestling as a defense against fighters who like to grapple and who can't punch. and couture could beat any boxer in the world including klitschko in an mma fight.

and briggs fought nobodies in K1. he fought Tom Erikson who's neither a boxer or kickboxer. if he was so good at it, he would've fought more than 2 matches. k1 btw is not officially mma, its basically just kickboxing.

They ran scared and it is a known fact. I know because I actually been to Japan. They also thought Tyson was baddest man on planet and told me how everyday in papers people were ducking FATBOY Briggs. Mercer was no top fighter and he was a nobody at time of fight, don't lie.

You still have not answered the fact that Liddel used no wrestling (coz it is bollox) and outboxed Couture is slow motion! He can't even punch. If he went any sloer, he would have come to a satndstill!! And you really think Couture could even face a Brit champ, never mind world? PLEASE! That bum has so many losses on his record it is practically an everyday task for him.

If he was outboxed by someone who can't box, he would lose to someone who can. It is simple logic. Liddel proved MMA is bollox in one night. Fat Rampage merely confirmed that truth with his unathletic performance.

Long jogging is OK for boxing....but MMA requires BOTH the aerobic capacity and total body muscular explosion.

Yeah. Hatton has an intense-looking regime. Yet, he was pretty weakened after 21 minutes with Mayweather.

            Nick Diaz > Hatton.

(yawn) They are two different sports.

BTW, I have done Muaythai and they fight at a snails pace, with two minute rests between some of the big fights in Thailand. Not one of them could do 12 and not one of them can do **** once a boxer steps in and works the mid range (too close to kick, too far to knee). This is where most MMA bums would die too.
This is an absolute lie. Any body check out the "Contender mauy thai" last night on versus? Its anything But slow. And rest periods are 1 minute, not 2. Same as boxing. Its been nice exposing your lies again, chump. Lol, why don't you tell us about the pictures, er, models you've been with super stud? You seem to be a man of the world.

DDomincanos, Mayweather is not an MMA bum now is he? And it wasn't his conditioning that wore him down but eating too much leather.

Jab, you're just gay and need to **** off. Only losers who have never seen gash watch reality TV. In Thailand they do have 2 minute breaks, I SAW it with my BARE eyes. Check it up on some geeky website you will see it there. BTW, they might be fast to you but they are slow to boxers. It's obvious that boxers are the fastest.

Only geeks believe in martial arts and all that mystic bull**** because boxing is about enhancing natures tools and making them more efficient. Martial arts helps ******* and old men believe through the power of hollywood special effects that they can become good fighters though elaborate techniques. The efficiency method wins because it is the basics done properly. That is why Floyd is right that MMA are just bums who would not be good enough for the big bucks of boxing.

Not harder, but MMA fighters have A LOT more ground to cover than boxers. In boxing, you just put in work. Especially at the highest levels, when you dont have any blaring weakness, your really just sharpening and getting/staying in physical condition.
In MMA, there are so many dimensions that literally EVERYONE has several large holes in their game, even the top 5 P4P guys in the sport.
Anderson Silva is many peoples number 1 in MMA, but he is not a good wrestler. Not at all. He has to work so hard to try and fill that void. Thats the difference.
I would say boxers work just as hard though.

And I wont get caught in the MMA vs Boxing bit again, because its ****ing ******. And anyone who thinks either sport is so much greater than the other, and calls competitors from the other sport a bum, is completely ignorant.
But no, MMA fighters arent bums and boxers conditioning isnt on a "whole different level'.
World class MMA fighters are exactly that, world class, in their chosen sport.

No boy, I actually fight. I've actually boxed before for about 7 years and am currently training mauy thai. Unlike you, who thinks he can figure out the intracacies of a sport by watching it. Honestly, you can't tell me ****. You're credibility was flushed the moment you tried to say Marciano retired to duck Liston. But I'll tell you what, I train under a guy named Ajarn Rick davis. I'll be at the gym at 11 tommorow and will ask him about these supposed 2 minute rounds in thailand (where he became a master. Feel free to google it) and I'll be back here tommorow afternoon sometime and let you know for sure. Because as it is now, there are 1 minute rests. as far as who gets gash.....lol, im not so insecure I that I have to make **** up and lie to a bunch of strangers about all the models I've ****ed. Me, I got a nice girl. We have fun.
