Do MMA fighters train harder than boxers?

i was just arguing with an MMA fan and they were saying this and i have no idea if it's true or not?

i'm guessing they do seeing as they all look really muscle bound, but can someone who's knowledgeable on both sports clear things up

but some o the guys that train like monsters in MMA and you can see their training on Youtube are

Sean Sherk, Brock Lesnar(trains with sherk), GSP, Matt Hughes etc

i know they're all gay, but in general do the top MMA fighters train harder than the top boxers???

and i watched that Brock Lesnar guy's training thing on youtube, that's gotta be tougher than a boxer's regime right? but is he an exception

The heavyweights yes, but the top 10 P4P train immensely hard. I think the MMA train technique more rather than trying to make weight then training technique
