10.Jorge Linares (it might be a little too soon but i love his skills in the ring! it was between him and marquez but im going with Linares!)

I love Linares but he's got one really good win (Larios in July 07) and no fights, none, at all, in 2008 so far. If he got back in the ring, he could make waves.

Otherwise, that list and most others, all have merit.
