I strongly doubt he will be "the next Manny Pacquiao", but he will learn a lot from Freddie Roach.
i doubt there'd ever be another "pacquiao" for a long , long time......

Ive been following Abe Concepcion's fights and all i can say is, He improved DRASTICALLY!! before, he was juust a reglular fighter with heavy hands, but now, just like what Max Kellerman and Emmanuel Steward said, Abe's footwork is EXCEPTIONAL and one of a kind, He "springs" into his punches..wow tremendous ability..

Watch out for this kid.. I think after 1 more fight, he'll be ready for Molitor

last saturdays fight was his first after going to roach i think.

              explains the drastic improvement.

I do hope, Freddie and Abe's relationship will flourish. As of late ( before the fight ) they had some misunderstandings, due to Abe's tardiness in going to the Gym ( not a good sign for a prospect).

I hope this kid will work extra harder on his TRAINING

J/K lol He's got good skills for being his age. He's got a future, but if they keep hyping him up as the next Pac.... I could see him turning into the next Panchito Bojado.

The thing about Abe is that he's already got a pretty good looking lead left hand. He's got a good stiff jab and he hooks nicely. It took a while for Roach to hammer the point to Manny Pacquiao of the importance of his right hand. Abe's got some quickness and speed but Manny still trumps him in that department. Just like Manny, he's got some nice pop in his power punches as well, which is always a plus. He could very well be the next "Real Deal" in Pinoy boxing.
