To be honest about it pare, I think the guy is thinking of retiring next year.
If this fight pushes through, he'll have enough money to help the poor in the Philippines, plus run for office. That's the naked truth.

Last thing we need in the sport right now is a fighter of his caliber to get seriously hurt!
This is real talk, The fight will sell I will def Order it but the thing is there is only a 1 percent chance that pacman can win.
Oscar looked really good and had great stamina against forbes and the only reason he could not put forbes out is cause forbes is a good defensive fighter. Pacman would get knocked silly he is an offensive fighter.

but I appreciate Pacquiaos courage wish more fighters were like him.

i don't even care if manny gets koed. it's for good money. he'd have to fight 4 times to get the same amount.

what i'm scared of is what if he doesn't get koed?

what if oscar lost a bit of sting in that hook and it's enough to damage pacquiao but not enough to ko him.

i'd rather manny lose by quick ko than lose by decision in a very rough fight.

i don't think roach would let him take damage......against someone that big i'm sure roach would be quick to throw in the towel.

My crystal ball (and insider news) says the following:

1)Pacman fights until the end of 2009 (with the ff. fighter/s in the
plate: Hatton, possibly Marquez, & Campbell)
              2) In 2010 he runs for Congressman or Governor in his hometown
3.) The ff. election he goes for President

Lets talk in 5-6 years' time again and let's check how much of the
              above becomes a reality

Pacquiao is already widely considered in this part of the world as the greatest fighter to come out of asia. What an honor it would be for him, the Philippines, and asia if in the future he is considered an all-time great

Would you guys rather see Pac get knocked out by delahoya and continue to fight and dominate lightweight for another 2-3yrs?? Or have him sustain enough damage that dec 6th becomes the pacman's last pro fight as well but digs deep and becomes the only former flyweight to beat a jr middleweight champ??
