i initially thought this fight was ridiculous (still is) and that pac would get mauled but im beginning to think differently about the result....pac is faster than oscar and his defence has improved tons...if he keeps an eye on oscars power shots, keeps a tight defence, and uses his speed to get to the punch first he might have a chance, he has a great chin anyway....i would still give the ascendancy to oscar but pac has a decent chance of pulling off a close decision

I don't know how the Celtics got on this thread, but since they are, listen to this. How are you surprised they got a ring? Ray Allen is the best pure shooter in the last 15 years. Paul Pierce has been the most underrated player in the league for years, and KG is a defensive and rebounding machine. The won 66 games this year, dominated the Western conference, ended a 22 game winning streak of the Rockets, beat Lebron and then the best team in the East in the last 6 or 7 years (the Pistons), and then they destroyed Kobe and the Lakers in the finals. If those guys are losers, who's a winner? I can't even believe people are still talking crap about the Celtics, what a joke. Shut your mouth, walk to the new Garden in Boston, look up at the sixteen banners in the rafters, and realize that there is one more on the way in the fall.

By the way, Oscar shouldn't take this fight. I don't see how he can "win" in this situation. Even if he wins, it will be because of the advantage in size. If he loses, then he is "washed up". He should fight Cotto, Mora, or Tito, screw it. I don't care if Tito wants the fight at 165, Oscar should go up in weight and beat that fat ass.
