I don't like this fight for Pacquiao, he might really get hurt in this fight because of his style. However, I don't blame him for trying to take the fight because this will be his biggest pay day yet. And he's earned it. He is one of the best.

Yeah right like Oscar is really thinking long and hard about how dangerous Pacman is, their trying to downplay the inevitabe. It's a lose lose situation for Oscar, if he wins he goes out beating a man that once fought as low as 105 lbs, if he wins he beat a man who fought @ 105lbs. I've noticed that Oscar likes picking on the smaller guys, I guess i would 2 after getting my ass kicked by Felix Sturm and Bernard Hopkins, but to fight Steve"2Pounds" Forbes and Pacman is disgrace to his legacy when he can't even make the Welterweight Limit.

Manny is letting all the hype get to him. If he steps in with Delahoya even at 147 he will get beat with a VERY VERY good chance of being KOed.

Delahoya has taken the best punches from guys in the middlweight and welterweight division. Granted he is not in fighting condition like an older Shane Mosley but he has enough to destroy Pacquiao.

I love Pacquiao and Im part mexican but this isnt a smart choice for him. He should fight the best at 135, which is no slouch division, and then consider moving to 140.

I noticed mayan sun, xcaret, and ferocity have avoided this thread like the plague. They're gon reserve their **** talking til after the fight. They really have no way of defending oscar but they know this is their best chance of seeing Pac lose. If he loses, Pac was an overrated bum all along. If he wins he's just continuing his forte of beating old past prime guys. They'd be saying even Israel Vasquez would beat oscar at this stage of his career. Lol

even though i rather see margarito fight DLH in december i dont think this fight is all that bad like a lot of people here are saying and its not cause im a Pac fan im not a homer. De la hoya clearly would be the favorite but this is not the same de la hoya that he was 5 or 6 years ago. he is way past his prime and i dont believe has that same sting in his left hook that he used to have. manny to win would have use his clear speed advantage and always look to land first and back away. his defense has gotten better and could avoid some of the punches of de la hoya. the key for Pac really would be to not let Oscar control the pace because if he does then yea Oscar will knock him out. if Pac controls the pace by being the agressor landing first everytime and not getting too excited then i would give him a good shot of winning. he can hurt oscar i have no doubt about that probably not enough to knock him out but he can hurt him because of the speed and good power in his punches

Why should i even care, Its a one sided fight. Pacquiao AGAIN wants to leave a loaded division to go for a money fight. Pacquiao has now afficially turned into Floyd Mayweather. All Pac fans can't hate on Mayweather never again.

Yep. They're not really opinionated about Pac-DLH. They're reserving their jibber jabber bull**** if Pac losses. But if Pac wins, they'll stay in "STFU" mode.

Wrong people Hate on Mayweather because he Claims he is the best and no one can beat him and he insults others.
They do not hate him for getting big money fights If he was more humble they would give him a pass this is the truth.
you cannot compare them they are different people and different fighters.

Pacman is a come at you fighter
