So people assume that because Cotto looked a little wobbly while weight drained at 140, and because an all-time great veteran fighter in Mosley gave him trouble in the late rounds of a fight, Margarito is going to do something special?

Just because something has, or almost happened once, doesn't mean it's going to happen again. Especially since Margarito is a totally different opponent, and Cotto has improved leagues, even since the Mosley fight. He's coming into the fight naturally making weight. There won't be any dehydration. He's going to work, and work, and keep working until he simply takes the fight away from Margarito, like Frazier did in his first fight with Ali.

He's the more skilled fighter, he's still got thunder in both hands, and he's becoming more elusive. He is just hitting his prime, while this is the last go at the big time for Margarito.

It will be spectacular.

If Mayweather comes back, he should have to face the loser before facing the winner. He was never the best Welterweight.

Actually man, you got it backwards. Cotto has the speed and I'd give Margarito the power. ****, Cotto was matching Mosley for handspeed which is shocking considering how tank-like and big Cotto's physique looks. I also agree with what the article says. Cotto will be the deciding factor on how this goes. Margarito has one thing and that's going forward throwing punches. How Cotto decides to deal with that is what makes this match exciting. He can try boxing but as they say a lot of times with Pacquiao fights, sooner or later, your gonna have to fight him, you can't just box him for a full 12 rounds. There's no way in hell.

I dunno I have to disagree with that. Cotto was often showing great timing with straight punches and it worked very well because mosley was always just trying to land that one big punch. He definetely didn't expect Cotto to throw well timed straight punches. IMO Mosley came in with the wrong gameplan and should of just tried to outbox Cotto rather than KO him.
