Very good resume, beating a lot of top contenders, past and present titlists.

how is it the best in boxing?

it's a good resume but the best in boxing?

name 1 great fighter he beat at 140?

maussa? torres? malignacci? corley? pinto? abdulaev?

at 147 quintana and zab are good wins but nothing special. shane is a great fighter but he's only 8-3 at 147 and he was 36 yrs. old.

He has left no doubt of who the winner was in all of his 32 fights. Most of his opponents are current champions or former champions. And he beat a first ballot hall of famer in Mosley. Very few fighters could compare to that.

I know what you're trying to do here, but Cotto's resume ****s all over Margarito's resume and then some.

actually the were ppl complaining that without lowblows judah woulda beaten him but thats just lame judah sux he woulda crumbled either way
the mosley win was controversial the commentators had mosley winning by 1 i had it a draw
imo if the fight was held in las vegas i think mosley woulda gotten the victory

It can also be said his 11th round TKO over Zab Judah was no easy task, as Judah was ready to go toe-to-toe and put one his bravest performance in years. Destroying the will of a great slick boxer in Carlos Quintana is up there with one of his greatest wins. He also managed to make Malignaggi, another slick boxer, look bad. That Ricardo Torres fight proved Cotto had a shacky chin, but most importantly that he had a heart. You might not like Puerto RIcans but you gotta admit that one hell of a resume.
Thats a good point my friend.. Im Puerto Rican and I live in my island and I respect people like you.. Mexico needs more aztecs like you and not the bunch of pr haters they have.. keep it up man im very proud of it mi hermano

so basically his resume is great because he's undefeated and he beat 1 past prime , old first ballot HOFer?

so ricky hatton's resume was great up until he lost to floyd and lost his 0?

he had more wins , he was undefeated and he had 1 win over a first ballot HOFer. hell......kostya was a greater fighter than shane mosley.
