Haye probably does need some fights befor Wlad. But it just confuses me that when he sees Wlad fight, Haye is so unimpressed that he says he would flatten Wlad in 3 rounds.

Haye has been Knocked down by Jean Mormeck and was beaten silly by Carl Thompson, he will be suprised the first time he takes a Klitschko right hand. The move from cruiserweight to heavyweight is a considerable step up.

Yes it does, but Haye is a very confidence guy. That doesn't make him able just to turn up beat Heavyweight division best.
