[QUOTE=edgarg;3767312] Your post was a **** post. You have a personal dislike for Lennox Lewis as seen with your asinine comments about how Lewis "doesn't have the talent of Wlad Klitschko" when Klitschko has three KO losses on his record. So don't try to preach to me about "concrete" post with that ****** comment. Lewis made an evaluation and you act like he slapped your girlfriend. Don't even attempt to step to me with that bull****.
Lennox Lewis: "I'm Wladimir Klitschko's Only Challenger"

Lewis left the champion and would leave the fight being champion again. I think he still has it left in him. With the Thompson fight, he really respected Wald when he was commenting about him. He is and will be one of the greatest HW's to ever enter the boxing ring. If he were to come back and stay focused on the fight, I think he stil has it in him to win. But I think the comment was more of a self praise more then anything else. He has every reason to be. He left as the champion and no one took it from him...Definetly one of the greatest...Comment

Former undisputed heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis says that current IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko is without a real challenger. He doesn't see anyone giving Klitschko a real fight at the present, including David Haye. [details]Comment

on that note lennox shouldnt come back. he was past his prime and undertrained when he fought vitali and was quite fortunate he managed to cut vitali. lewis already cemented his legacy by retiring on top and he shouldnt change thatComment

Lewis is ALWAYS looking for an excuse to get into, and stay in the limelight. He has a habit of backing into it, in the most immodest way. I think the reason for his fairy-tale comments above was the fact that at the Klitschko fight, none of the commentators licked his rear end as they usually do-about how good he was, and how the present crop compare to him etc. It was all about Klitschko.
Has anyone noticed how Wladimir Klitschko has graduated from being a super-skilled,multi-talented boxer, fast moving, to being, (suddenly-by courtesy of the commentators in this fight) mechanical, robotic, stiff, etc. THIS was exactly how they used to refer to his brother Vitaly. Now they speak of Vitaly as " a tiger" "relentless" "heavy puncher", "fast", "destructive" etc. It's true he is (or was) ALL of those things, even whilst he was being called robotic, and as Larry Merchant said, "moving like a piece of construction machinery"...
It's strange how a few clacking mouthed comentators can change one's perceptions and opinions.
Lewis never had the talent of Klitschko, but was more ruthles, and had a well selected array of fouls that he could-and often did- get away with.
None of the article would have seen the light of day, if one single itty-bitty analyst had made the usual adulatory comment to Lewis, bringing that "half-moon" self-satisfied smile to his peanut-like visage.

Would you believe me if I told you that no fighter in history has ever entered the ring"for the sport of boxing"? It is a vicious and heartless business and fighters learn quickly to take what they can get from it, then hopefully get out before they get their head scrambled. Lewis is too smart to fall into that trap and he should be applauded for it.Comment
