Calzaghe needs to fight Pavlik to earn his P4P status. Bhop is old, Jones is old. I

Agreed. I think Roy is totally shot. When you are that brilliant and that talented in your prime it just makes the fall bigger and tougher to deal with. Roy lost the assets that allowed him to do what he did and he never needed to learn how to adjust or change as he was just that good. Now he is pretty much just one-punching his way through fights agaisnt nobodys or other has-beens. I can't think of a top LHW at the moment that he would beat.

Dude Tarver has nothing to do with this conversation. WTF???? He's a one-hit wonder anyway.

But keep on with the Roy hatin' if it makes you feel better about yourself.

tarver comes into it when im talking about roys chances of beating any of the other light heavyweights, tarver isnt a one hit wonder, he has had a very succesful career, he could have achieved alot more if it wasnt for his late start as a pro,

roy is done, face it, i actually like roy but i can accept the fact he is finished,

I find it interesting how Roy Jones Jr. was the best fighter from 160-175, probably of all-time, he then loses some fights when he's 35, and then people have nothing but bad things to say about him. He has got to be the only fighter in history to make it that long without a loss while relying so much on speed. (The DQ definitely doesn't count)

And for those who forgot, he beat Tarver the first time...after taking a 25 pound weight drain to come down from heavyweight.

People have nothing but bad things to say about Roy? This is news to me. I have not seen this. Plenty of people say that Roy is shot but I don't see too many trying to discredit what he achieved in the sport.

It pisses me off that this fraud is actually going to get away with this. He lays low in UK for a decade waiting for the best in his era to fade. Then he jumps on the scene trying to lay claim as the best fighter in sport. I hope RJJ can reach back 10yrs and demolish this coward.
