I didn't like the way he tried to make Jones sound like a more dangerous fight because he's a legen either. But I agree with Joseph that at his age, with the amount of title defenses, he has a right to pick the fight he wants. There is no doubt in my mind or yours who is more dangerous, but that dosen't mean he is ducking or has to fight Pav at this point in his career.

I will say, WHEN AND IF Jones beats Calzaghe..... I wonder what the excuses will be from the The Joe Calzaghe fans.... There should be a THREAD started about it.... They cant say "JOE CALZAGHE IS OLD".... Jones is in fact OLDER, they cant say "Joe is not prime anymore", Jones hasn't been prime in the last 5 or 6 years... I really wonder what they will think of?????????? I KNOW they will have something.... I know it!

No, I will give him his do's! But I will give Jones more credit if he wins this fight... I gave Joe is credit for "beating" kessler... I thought he looked like ****. But I gave him credit. I will say I wont praise him as the BEST that ever was, because in fact he didn't beat a PRIME P4P JONES... but I will talk with more respect about JOE if he wins... Because I think Jones is still a creditable fighter and if Joe where to win he deserves credit... but like I said it wont be like I will say he is the greatest of all time or something if that's what your getting at..... on the flip side I wont say ROY would be the greatest of all time for beating JOE because I already think JONES has proved himself and is now just trying to fix a BIG ASS DENT in his career...

So get off your JC bandwagone for a second and realize what you're saying. THE ONLY FIGHT I will give JC credit for, is the Kessler fight as far as taking a risk and showing heart. Mel, just let him rant. I am perfectly content to let the posters of this board judge who the liar and bigot is. Me not liking Floyd doesn't mean for a second that I don't like black fighters. Hell, Joe Louis is my favorite fighter of all time. I had to laugh earlier when he said I don't like ******s though. I mean, where exactly does this bull**** come from? Glad to see I'm not the only one laughing at JC's phantom legacy. The guy doesn't have the stones to take a risk and show boxing heart to live up to the hype your kind wants to put on him. Kessler was by far the only fight that JC has shown he can man up and take on a challenge. Most likely his last given his last fight and scheduled next one.
