Hamed was not the same fighter he once was when he faced MAB. Steward and Suarez both tried to turn him into a conventional fighter which he never was. Naz was an unothadox fighter with natural talent. Im no fan of his infact i hated him come the end but it cant be denied he was a great fighter at one point in his career.

I really noticed Naz starting to slide in the Wayne McCullough fight. I thought he was awesome against Kelly even though he was put on his ass.

He should never have left the ingles.

Actually Steward tried to work on his defense which was non-existent. Naz had absolutely no chin and his balance was ****! Those of you that box knows exactly what I mean. In my opinion had he fought Morales,Marquez and Pac he would have been destroyed by all of them.

        i agree with this 100%

u have only gotta watch the Barrera ,McCullough ,Manuel Calvo fight to see how much they had tried to change Hamed

Barrera beat Hamed so decisively not becaue Hamed was not on his level or he was a fraud but because Steward had been messing about with his style and because Hamed tried to knock Barrera out from round 1 through till round 12 not once did he try and Box the way he usually did he was looking for one shot all the way through the fight thats why Barrera made him look one dimmensional and beat him so easy, all Barrera had to do was stay outside Hameds right jab and keep moving to his left away from Hameds big left hand

Junior Jones knocked MAB out ,if Hamed had caught him the fight could have been so much different and people would have a completely different view of Hamed

Hamed was a very good fighter before he fell in love with his power and his ring walks and post fight intereviews were great even though he was very ****y.

He really shouldn't have left the Ingles because they were the only ones who truly understood his unique style.

The Barrera fight wasn't all Steward's and Suarez' fault though, Hamed wasn't training like he should have been and he was also too intent on scoring a knockout, Steward said Hamed would be watching the first fight between Barrera and Junior Jones over and over again thinking he could do what Junior Jones did.

Naz defence was that bad it took one of the best FW ever to exploit it

how did he have no chin u fool how many times has he been stopped let alone KTFO he has been down due to balnace he has never been truly hurt so what the hell are u talking about

Naz would of Knocked J M Marquez into next week he is the one with a glass chin who goes down and actually shows signs that he is hurt

as for Pac ,Morales u dont know how they would have dealt with Hameds unorthadox style u just assume that cause Barrera was able to do that to him that Morales a better Boxer would have been able to do the same ,well that is not gospel for all we know Morales might have not been able to deal with his style the way Barrera did same goes for Pac

i agree, getting beaten by someone like MAB is not getting exposed at all, what i think irks a lot of people is that he never showed the champions heart and desire to make a comeback after the MAB loss, yes i know he fought again but against no one with any pedigree. Had he shown some bollocks and stepped back up to the plate in a MAB rematch he would have more respect.

i think he felt humiliated after the MAB fight and so mentally was never up for it again.

thats probably a good shout mate, real shame though, i think (as mentioned by several others) that leaving Ingle was not good for him, at least Ingle would have been able to explain to him that he needed to change his gameplan during the fight with MAB and if the result was the same he would have had a fair chance at re motivating Naz.
