Yeah, that was nice of Barrera to do that for the fans.

Now, wreck is my boy, so I'm going to let him slide People did not know that going into the Barrera fight, naseem had always been the better boxer in his fights. Fighters with a good stance gave Naseem trouble. Kelley boxed naseem and saw that naseem was kind of easy to hit. Kelley got too happy, and went for the ko. Naseem would love for a guy to slug with him. Barrera was taller than naseem, and used his jab and fast hands to befuddle naseem. Naseem didn't want to fight Barrera, he wanted Morales. After the loss, he was disgusted with his camp that he could not get the Morales fight before the Barrera. He also said he was bored with boxing. He also didn't understand why American's hated him. He had kids. It all just came tumbling around him is what he said in one of his last interviews that I ever read and he never wanted to box again.

Yep, I just wish Barrera did that to Junior Jones.

There is one thing Barrera and Pac have in common. They both lost 2 fights by ko lol.

there was an interview with Naz on either setanta or itv1 the other week, think it was backstage at the Ryan Rhodes fight recently. He was hyping himself up and saying that he is walking around big because he wants to but that he could easy get down to 130 - 135, now imagine the fights that could be made if he did!!!

Naz wasn't humiliated by Barrera, he was outboxed. He was going for the one punch the whole time and Barrera cautiously and wisely stayed away from that right hand. If he had trained harder and actually had a gameplan, he could beat Barrera. He had plenty of boxing ahead of him, but he just didn't want it.

He was one of the few fighters I've ever seen with "stretcher power." When he knocked guys out, it looked like they had broken their necks. A lot of them were out cold on the canvas. I don't know where he got that punch from, but it just goes to show that muscles don't mean much when it comes to boxing power (see Abraham v. Miranda).

I think he should stay retired. There are guys who act like Paulie Malignaggi and Jorce Arce.
