        Cotto, margarito is tough and so is cintron but cotto seems to have more power, it takes a lot of power to beat people through body punches, however he is not the hardest puncher i have seen.

            Hard to say anyone other than Cintron. His one punch knock out power is'nt matched in WW. .... Judah lol who picked him? Zab, what are you doing on this web site? shouldnt you be training
