Dont get me wrong. Margarito is a hard puncher and so is cotto, but 1 punch knockout?

Cotto, margarito is tough and so is cintron but cotto seems to have more power, it takes a lot of power to beat people through body punches, however he is not the hardest puncher i have seen.

I agree. Cintron has never knocked out any real top welterweights. In fact he's never beaten any real top welterweights. Cotto has been knocking out top fighters since 140. Margarito is a close second. Berto hits pretty hard but like Cintron, I want to see his power tested against the elite fighters.

Id say Cintron.

Judah and Berto also have great power, especially because of their speed. Butt probably that speed also makes their shots look a little harder than they are.

Cotto and Margarito are very strong, but I dont think they posess that much one punch power.
