pacquiao is lethal in the close range, valero entire gameplan consist in swarming the opponent in the close range
pacquiao is like an evolved version of valero hes also bigger to make things worse and has a stronger chin
still this fight should be extremely entertaining as long as it last
pacquiao is the bigger smarter brawler he should prevail but valero hasnt learned how to lose yet thats his only advantageComment

No, you're not crazy because Valero has a puncher's chance, but he will need more than 1 punch to take Pacman out. Pacman's whiskers are a lot tougher than the average cab drivers that Valero fought. And for that reason, I hope Valero can take a punch, for our $49.00+++ sake.
I don't really see Pacman being hit by a KO punch from Valero though. Valero's punches are wide, and most of the time he has to wind it from left field, which can be seen a mile away. The problem with most of Valero's past victims is they were afraid, just like the prime Mike Tyson, until somebody (Holyfield) decided to fight back. Look what happened.
But this fight will be good while it lasted...Last edited by gopi11; 07-06-2008, 06:24 AM.Comment

that comparison is a stretch. people feared tyson because he was incredible, not because he just had power. his combination of power/speed/headmovement and tenacity is what scared people. The people that tyson fought were far more credible in the division as well. No, you're not crazy because Valero has a puncher's chance, but he will need more than 1 punch to take Pacman out.
