The problem is Valero's conditions with the previous accident he had might cause him complications and irreperable damage.

If Valero was granted a license and dies fighting Pac in Vegas. Can his love ones sue the Nevada Athletic Commision?

This one ain't goin to the cards. Somebody's gettin KTFO, and I don't think it will be Pac. May be wrong to say Valero has no chance tho. The man can swat, at least he could at 130. We'll have to see, but I'd go wit Pac by KO.

I highly doubt it, I'm sure they've got safegaurds against wrongful death suits in place.

                Valero to win

I have seen nearly all of valeros fights and my prediction is Valero to win by round 8/9 if not earlier. Manny is hyped up in the press at the moment but dont forget Valero is the WBA champion and Manny, knowing how hard Valero hits, wants it at the heavier weight, is he getting scared?

I hope to see his good friend Linares on this card as well - arguably two(three) of the best fighters at this moment in time.

I'm wondering if Valero was even a man yet lol. I truly hope this fight is made lol. It can promote Pac's resume too. It will solidify PAc as a true champion with me. He is a champ, but this type of challenge is what makes fans bigger fans of a fighter they were unsure about. lol

LoL. Hyped up in the press ATM? Did you just start watching boxing or did you miss Manny's legacy grow? Manny has already accomplished legend achievements, but is continuing to seek something greater which is the only explanation for this hunger he still has that makes him look like he's as good as the fight before. If he fights Valero, I think both might go down, but in the long run, Manny's experience and new found skills will be the end story and Valero will be KOed in the later rounds. That is unless Manny drops some early bombs on him and he can't take them. He went down to light hitting Mosquera. Dunno what's gonna happen when he gets tagged by one of Manny's lightening fast lefts.

Yeah it all depends whether Pacman has to respect his power, Valero hits hard, but he is very green. I would honestly put Valero in with some high competition and have him box and win a decision, if he tries to fight the way he does in the spot light he will get KTFO.
