Mayweather Jr. You are a punk.. stay retired before Cotto whups that ass.

Mayweather Jr. You are a punk.. stay retired before Cotto, Margarito or Paul Williams whups that ass. Of course you'll always have Leonard Ellerbe there to lick your wounds. "$1 Billion before the end of the year" boy please... DLH maybe.. you? Not. Your retired and look at the send off they gave you.. it was barely a foot note in the boxing archives. People are only interested in seeing you get your ass beat... its no secret a fighter can remain undefeated against lesser opponents but like Arum said, "you are a psychological coward". Go sit down somewhere.

I think he can beat Mayweather but thats inconsequential. Point is dude keeps saying that if Cotto gets past a few more then Mayweather MAY consider fighting him but after Margarito there'll be pretty much noone left at welter that Cotto hasnt beaten other than Williams. But William's resume at welter is about as strong as floyd's

I think he has done everything he could have done. I think up until his retirement I was content with everything he has done. I think this "RETIREMENT" is just a MONEY stunt. Like I have said many of times when the TIME/MONEY is right he will come and take hard earned money from all the HATERS that will pay to see him beat up there favorite fighter. I think COTTO deserves a chance to fight him more than anyone. Will he win? NO... BUT he does deserves a shot. Mayweather will come back. If he doesn't then EVERYONE will have the right to make comments about him. Because if he stays retired, he almost would look as bad as A JOKE ***ZAGHE when it comes to dodging and running like a bith when the competition just starts to get hard.... only thing is Joe's done it for 10 years. Mayweather has just so to speak started it. IMO.....

I think when MIGUEL COTTO beats ANTONIO MARGARITO. Cotto will be asked "WHAT NOW" and he will say where you at MAYWEATHER and I think that's EXACTLY what money may WANTS. For Cotto to fight and win, then Mayweather comes out of retirement (so to speak) and makes history, or at least HBO would make it appear that way. I believe Mayweather has a plan and it involves a lot of money. Watch you will see. Just as soon as Cotto wins on on the 26th.... That way he can say he beat Cotto who in return beat MARGARITO. Two birds with one stone with a VERY LARGE RECORD BREAKING PAY DAY TO TOP IT OFF.

Mayweather cries like a stinking *****. If he wants to be the best, he should come out of retirement and fight Cotto. Another thing how come he calls himself pretty boy? Does he look in the mirror? Just asking...

Not likely... Who calls out fighters who are retired? Cotto puts the fear of God in Mayweathers eyes, Floyd will never fight that destructive force of nature

PBF fans forget or just don't wanna acknowledge that PBF himself got the #1 spot by process of elimination. Roy Jones and Hopkins had to get beat before he was bumped up to the top P4P spot. Pac arguably overtook him in the minds of a lotta people back in '06. I agreed he shoulda been #1 then, but he blew it wit a stale '07 while PBF was blowin up wit 2 megafights. But his title win at LW while PBF was waitin to face DLH again shoulda made Pac #1 whether PBF was still around or not.

lol nicely put, but IMO Mayweather is not really retired, just his way of building up a MEGA FIGHT..... I mean think about it. A guy is # 1 P4P and retires with anther guy undefeated like him waiting for a shot, of course he will get flack for doing that. BUT this is where he comes out of retirement to fight that undefeated fighter. TALKING ABOUT A MEGA FIGHT. You know how much "MONEY" would be involved in that. There is WAY to much cash flow in a Cotto fight for him to not want in on it. You'll see, he'll be back and take on a fight with COTTO. Cotto just needs to win on the 26th or you can kiss the chance of him fighting Mayweather goodbye.
