Don't forget to add Virgil Hill, John Ruiz, Reggie Johnson, Montell Griffen, Antonio Tarver and a lot of other fighters. Jones beat some very good fighters and people are underestimating his resume. Just becuase they don't know the fighter doesn't mean that Calzaghe is automatically better. Like i said Calzaghe fans, i have nothing against him and he is a very good fighter, its just annoying when you compare his resume to somone like Jones or Toney when he has avoided the best for years.

i think Hopkins and Toney are the better fighters, but weren't at their best when they fought Roy, so i guess he is yeah

but who knows, age could catch up to Calzaghe in his next fight... in fact i think i've already noticed it creeping up on him

hopkins being too green is void because roy had 1 more fight than bernard at the time they fought

toney being weight drained is also ridiculous because every single fight he fought he was weight drained

Your more confused than scooby doo *****, how in the **** would you know ive not seen the fights? Oh, ive seen them...Ive seen them and know fine well that Hopkins was a more open offensive fighter back in 01 than he is now, *****. :wank:

I also know that Kessler would smash Tarver by looking at them. LMAO!

Prime Tarver was given a gift against Reggie Johnson and and lost to the B level Glen Johnson, only a fool would pick him over the briliant Mikkel Kessler.

Toney was weight drained but regardless of that he was still an elite A-level fighter, that was a great win for Roy, your right.

Roy was a lot further on than Hopkins though. Hopkins was locked up and Roy was fighting all the top amateurs in the world. Nard had some AM bouts but he cut his teeth in the pro's.
