Calzaghe is the best fighter Jones has faced and Jones is the best fighter that Calzaghe has faced. Both fighters are past their primes, but it should still be a good fight.

I need to update it since Floyd retired and put Hatton at #3. When Hatton beats Pacman he will be #2 and if Calzaghe retires after Jones then the Hatton/Pac winner is P4P#1.

Agreed....On paper Roy would be the best but i have a feeling it will be close for 5 rounds then Calzaghe will pretty much win every round from there on out.

I'd say it's between Calzaghe and Toney, I'd pick Calzaghe slightly over a 168 lbs Toney though.
Calzaghe is not the best fighter RJJ has fought... that honor goes to either Toney or Hopkins.

I think that too, but Jones has not lost in three years and didn't fade against Tito, so it's possibly going to be a close decision imo. Tito couldn't set the kind of pace that JC will so it's hard to say how Jones can handle it.

This is hardly a cakewalk for JC that many are making it out to be. Calzaghe would be foolish to underestimate Jones and he's never been foolish.

Like it or not, Calzaghe is in the same elite class as Jones, Toney and Hopkins, which Joe already proved and will do so again!

Granted, but Roy has faced low level fighters. Andre Dirrell looked more like Roy against Hanshaw than Roy did. Tito is a shot fighter IMO who should not be at the weight and Prince badi was just garbage.

Roy has looked a bit better though, i give him that.

It wont be enough though IMO.
