Trever Berbick was a good boxer, he could probably take on Vladimir Klitchko.

Frank Bruno won the WBC title.

Many were predicting Micheal Spinks to win he was 31-21 and was koed in 90 seconds. Thats amazing in my book. This was Tyson's last Prime fight aswell. He fired Kevin later that evening.

Holyfield is better at headbutts then that French ****er Zidane.

Prime Tyson would ass **** Lewis all the way back to London where he would be crying to the queen.

Yeah the same Berbick that was previously blown out in the first round by clubfighter Bernardo Mercado. Who won a very close decision against Pinky Thomas, lost it in his first defense against Tyson and never challenged for another title again, even though he fought 24 more times.

you can pick apart any heavyweight champions opposition, the point is..Tyson cleaned out his division during his Prime and its not possible that everyone of them ******.

Tucker, Bruno, Spinks, Holmes and Ruddock were all decent enough fighters.
Sure he lost to Douglas and Holyfield, but the mans life was in a crisis.

I would bet my life on it that Tyson would KTFO Klitchko.


Another good point is, Cus D'amato Trained some other good fighters and he stated him self Tyson was his best project by far, he even predicted Tyson become the youngest heavyweight champion of all time..which was true. I don't think anyone could have stopped Tyson back then.

Yea Berbick ****** but he went down in like what 2-3 rounds? Thats not Tysons fault. Spinks and Holmes didn't suck though and they went down just as fast.

Berbick wasn't bad with wins over Tate, Page and Thomas. He wasn't talented but he came into his fights in good condition unlike his opponents.

Yeah he has a lot of competition, Francois Botha, Herbie Hide, Shannon Briggs, Oliver McCall, etc. I think Mike Tyson was a little overrated, the Iron Mike, the unbeatable Mike, and he continues to be today. But he certainly wasn't MUCH TOO overrated. And considering that he was 5'10 - 5'11" and only 215-220 at his best, he brought us a lot of exciting fights and was very quick as far as HWs go. As a fan of Mike's I bought into the invincible hype and it was a bit of a letdown after Douglas and Holyfield proved how human he really was. Plus I shelled out good money to watch the Holy rematch only to watch him meltdown.
