I challenge peoples views and debate topics for the same reason anyone discusses any topic. It's interesting to debate, it's cool to learn new things, or provide new info/insights to others. It's interesting learning peoples perspectives, reasons for thinking one thing. It's cool to see others alter theyre view based on info and debates. It's cool to change your own views on anything or anyone based on discussions. It's what it's all about.
That would be ok if it wasn't the same **** over and over again. It is not debating, it is repetitive crap. THe conversation always goes the same way, the same points are made, the same arguments mounted, the same people debating on the same sides. There comes a time where it all just needs to be let go. I understand that it won't due to the very nature of human beings, but there would be much better debates and discussions if everyone would just leave out the Joe hate/Joe praise crap. Just my opinion.

Change British to English and I agree with you. Scotland/Wales/Ireland are a lot better liked, in Europe and America.

It clearly gets on your nerves, normally when people find that, they avoid it. So my advice is do so. Also, to feel like that I don't believe you joined the site this month, you must be an alt or new account. Anyways, totally see your point but the old if you don't like it don't read it does apply I'm afraid.

This is a public forum, there's hundreds of simultaneous people on the forum, not all of them post don't forget. Many people read the discussions and if ones see's any thread of any topic, to be a little mis leading or not contain a full fair scope of things, one often naturally adds to it, and discusses.

Yes sometimes it's similar points but like I say, never always the same people exactly or same people viewing, even then so what, it's a public forum and sometimes ppl just kid in the posts too, to get something out of it, it's no big deal.

Not an alt, however I did read the forum for a fairly long time before being bothered to join. It doesn't really annoy me that much tbh. As you say it is easy enough to avoid. I just find it a little ridiculous that people waste so much time discussing the exact same topic instead of discussing other issues, but its cool, as you say people can discuss what they like, it is a public forum, etc etc. It just seems as though every thread is degenerating into a European vs American thread, which is a little disappointing. I guess I'm not from either so maybe I just don't get it.

Cool, agree with you, and it can be a little lame at times. I wish there were more posters from other part of Europe, the likes of Canada, Oz, South America's and more, it seems it's mostly Americans, followed by British. Not there bad just it's one reason for a lot of such uk vs us debates, plus it'd be cool to have more of a balance.

Yep. The European guys like BatTheMan and Jan(DK) are good, they keep you up to date with whats going on with the Kessler's and Abrahams of this world, and provide lots of info on their careers that you wouldn't normally get.

people just don't like the way that calzaghe fights just like people don't like the way tim duncan plays basketball but both are very accomplished and can be considered to be the best in there sports and that makes the haters hate them even more
