I mean Mexicans are some of the toughest in the game and I'd like to know what Mexican fighters have ducked/dodged other fighters. They fight any man anywhere for any price. Unlike the Americans who win one title fight then assume the world owes them a million dollar pay day. Juan Manuel Marquez for example went over to indonesia for 30k dollars. My memory could be messed up so please help me out and give me a name
    yeah i agree, im not mexican but i have tremendous respect for their fighters, they never duck never complain about their cut of the purse and they come to fight. in fact i think without mexican fighters boxing would be missing something, they contribute so much

        Oscar ducked Winky and Forest.Morales wanted nothing to do with Juan Manuel Marquez and he admitted it.Vargas ducked Winky in a well deserved rematch cause the first fight was so controversial.

              Morales-Marquez was in discussion. They were both under Arum at the time.

              Take a guess which manager turned it down? If you didn't say Ignacio , you would be wrong.

              Funny. Marquez was the one that backed off from the Morales fight and Marquez was the one that turned down the Pacquiao rematch.

              But yet Manny and Erik were the ones that ducked him? hmmm......

                  very few mexicans fight at that weight. just like filipinos , vietnamese , thais , el salvadoreans , etc.

                  puerto ricans and cubans although latino are a bit bigger because they have african blood from the ****** the europeans brought over.

                  people are built differently.

                  not many mexicans are 6'2-6'4 tall or weight 220-240 lbs.

                  let me ask you this.

                  how many samoan featherweight champions of the world?

                  samoans are very thick and wouldn't be small enough to fight in the lower weight classes.

                      Going by your bolded statement answer me this. If PBF would not have given Castillo a immediate rematch would you consider PBF as ducking Castillo?
                      Since some people have the idea that in the first fight Castillo was robbed.

                      Johnny Tapia ducked Mark "Too Sharp" Johnson as well as a few other mexican fighters.
