The thing is even if you think PBF was scared of the Cotto/Margarito winner what reason does he have for passing up $10,000,000 PLUS he would've gotten against DLH.

A DLH who PBF already dominated and who looks even more vulnerable after the Forbes fight. PBF looked prestine after that fight.

Not to mention if PBF wanted to he could've fought Hatton directly after in Vegas or England and gotten another $10,000,000 PLUS. Not to mention Hatton looks more vulnerable than ever to PBF's left hooks after his Lazcano fight. Or was PBF afraid of Hatton too?

I'm a huge Cotto fan but firstly I'm a boxing fan and therefore appreciate PBF's skill and accomplishments and respect his decision.

I don't think you really believe that. People have been wrong so many times about Floyd that I just think we're shooting in the dark.
The guy to beat floyd is the next ATG and he's not here yet

          Skills I can respect...

Accomplishments also - but there is a cut off date...

Floyd of recent times = VAGINASAURUS...

Just because YOU think Cotto has a chance doesn't mean anything. You told me BALDOMIR had a chance against Mayweather.
wtf r u talking about. Dan Rafael LOVES Floyd Mayweather. Take it from somebody who has read all his chat wraps, and all his blogs. The guy respects Mayweather more then any athlete in the world and easily. He has HEAVILY overrated Mayweather for years, and considering how unbeliveably talented mayweather is, thats really saying something.

And i am not biased against Mayweather in the least. I HAAATE his personality, but have said for years and years that i think he is an all time great talent.

However, being a great talent and being an ATG are two seperate things.

And ur right. who gives a **** if i think Cotto has a chance. the fact of the matter is, he would probably end up losing the fight. the point is, Cotto DOES have a chance, every expert gives him a very good chance, and in order to prove that Mayweather is a great fighter, HE HAS to beat Cotto.

You and his nuthugging fans can talk about Cottos weak chances all u want, The fact of the matter is he may never get into the ring and prove u guys right or wrong.

Mayweather is nothing even remotely close to a top 50 p4p ever. not close. talent wise is he? yea, he probably is up there among the best ever. But when ur best wins EVER are Corrales, Castillo, and DLH, u aint an ATG. period.

The death of his father lead to a lack of desire to play basketball, no different. The same basic fact that Jordan stated "the desire to compete" was no longer there echoes the sentiments of the others.

Jordan returned to basketball after his desire returned. PBF could possibly do the same.

For all his accomplishments, money and **** talk...

Cotto a.k.a "Mr. Unimportant" is the standard by which Floyds balls will be measured...

There's a only a few boxers who retired in their prime who are great. If fact none of them are in the top 10 ATG.
Ali and SugarRR retired late losing a few bouts in thier old age. So did George Foreman, SRL, Duran, JCC, Louis, etc...etc...
