Miranda reveals the truth about the American boxing public!

It was less than 3 months ago, that Kessler was ducking Miranda, because he new he would be viciously knocked out, according to most American boxing fans.

As most non-American boxing fans had stated, Miranda had knocked out no one of note and his punching power wasn't as big as anyone had predicted it to be.

Everyone new Miranda wasn't elite, non US fans that is. Yet the US fans continued to believe the unbelievable.

Abrahams destruction of Miranda should have opened your eyes to the real picture.

And that is, European and other fighters can be more than competitive in boxing.

Also, if Pavlik fights anyone other than Abraham now, he will counted as ducking , unless Abraham gets a fight with ODLH, which won't happen.

So the truth is out. What i new all along is there for all to see. Miranda is not an elite level fighter. And Pavlik better start dealing with his competitors because he could very well loose to Abraham, Sturm etc etc.

    These guys are class!

I've always said, Miranda knocks out some bums on ESPN and he's suppose to be considered big again? But, to his credit, he does FIGHT. He went out like a champ. Also he was winning the bout until he got KOed. I would really love to see Pavlik vs Abraham because that would be a huge test for Pavlik in, how could he get through Arthur's guard and can he hurt/take Arthur's power?

Miranda was knocked out in the fourth, Abraham was ahead on all three cards. I had the first round even, second for Miranda and third for Abraham. The fourth of course had three knockdowns for Abraham so had Miranda made it out of the round I would have had it for Abraham by two rounds to one with at least an additional two points to account for the knockdowns.

The top ten pound for pound in the world as judged by American publication the Ring are as follows:

              1. Manny Pacquiao - the Phillipines
              2. Joe Calzaghe - Wales
              3. Juan Manuel Marquez - USA
              4. Bernard Hopkins - USA
              5. Israel Vasquez - USA
              6. Miguel Cotto - Puerto Rico
              7. Kelly Pavlik - USA
              8. Cristian Mijares - Mexico
              9. Rafael Marquez - Mexico
              10. Ivan Calderon - Puerto Rico

So out of the top ten pound for pound in the world less than half reside in the United States.

Well obviously Miranda is not as big a puncher as Sven Ottke.

He shouldn't have been winning, the 2nd-3rd were both Abrahams the 1st was Miranda's.
