Thats kind of the point of the post. Kelly might make Joe look good, but what the hell should he care about that? Is an undefeated pro career, Ring belts at 2 weights etc etc isn't enough to make you "look good" then nothing is.

Yes, but there are megafights and there are megafights. I think when Joe talks about legacy what he really means is FAME, of which he will get much more if he fights Jones.

I think as real boxing fans we forget that our perception of boxing is not actually the "real one", the real one is what the mainstream see. I don't think Calzaghe cares if hardcore US boxing fans think he could have fought a tougher fight than the one he did. I think he wants, if anything, the mainstream public to know his name.
