Me neither. Roy was the draw back then. No one knew who the hell Calzaghe was or didn't pay any attention until he beat lacy. Jones was king.

Joe is just hyping his fight. He will win like he won vs Bernard. No credit there as well but i have a feeling that will put him in the p4p podium, in the highest place.

I really dont think it will...

beating roy, i dont think will do anything for your status, unfortunately

however, if roy beats joe... it will CATAPULT him back into the picture like unbelievably....

its actually a bad choice for Joe.... but hey... im happy about it lol

Yes but what Jones didn't mention was that Joe was willing to fight him in America, for more than he was getting paid to beat up bums.

Calzaghe was too good, Roy knew that he could lose against a guy nobody had heard of.

By admitting he could lose and saying he didn't want the fight then that is the very definition of "ducking a fighter"...

i highly highly doubt roy thought back in the 90's that ANYONE could beat him...

why wash an SUV for 5 bucks, when i can wash a honda CRX for 4 bucks... lol

when did he admit he could lose? he said it wasn't worth the risk fighting in someone else's country when he was the man on top, that doesn't mean he's saying he could lose the fight. He's saying I was the best, if you want to fight the best you need to come to me, not the other way around.

Jones was scared of Calzaghe lol

Lets be reallistic no matter who ducked it would have been hard enough for this version of Calzaghe to beat that version of Jones let alone that inexperienced rookie version of Calzaghe
