Huh?? Rogan already mentions from the 1st sentence that comes out of his mouth that boxing is a sport while mma is a simulated street fight. Rogan made very valid points. You could be as talented a boxer as Mayweather but outside the ring all that talent is worth ****. You cant bob and weave as much as you like in a real fight because you'll get kicked in the legs until your knees are the size of g****fruits. If you get hurt and clinch there is no ref to call break and buy you time to recover. So boxing is a limited aspect of fighting in that sense.

When was the last streetfight you saw end in a submission? Precisely. As soon as you introduce rules you make it artificial. UFC is no more a real fight than semi-contact karate, the only difference is in the rules.

The first few ufc events didnt have the same rules as it does today allowing 160lb karate instructors go at it with 300lb titty bar bouncers. And an mma bout does not end when a guy taps, it ends when the other guy lets go. The very premise of a tapout is admitting defeat by acknowledging the fact that you are in a position where you could very well have your arm/leg/neck broken or choked to death if it wasnt a sport.

In a street fight taking someone down to the ground is seen as a ***** move and shows your not man enough to stand up and trade with each other. Who outs a headlock on in a streetfight? You hit them as hard and as much as ya can not just grab their plegs and **** their asses.

If they have it under the rules you suggested every boxer would get owned. Andre Berto's brother is a boxer turned mma fighter and has a really bad record.
