Apples and Oranges. UFC is fun to watch but for potential epic battles you can't beat boxing. UFC will never have a Corrales-Castillo I or a Vaz-Mar I, II, III. Once you go down the fight is over.

The tension and excitement just doesn't build up in 3-5 rounds the way boxing does over 12 rounds.

Boxing has much more ebb and flow with one fighter going down, then the other.
