I never said anything like that. But IMO, his frame is too small for true 140 pound fighters like Ricky who rules that division right now. I think it's only reasonable to assume Ricky got an unfair advantage in that match up which only a couple of years ago was considered bonkers. Better than me saying Pac KO Ricky in round 1... yet here you are still whining about it.

I think Morales in particular was for sure a better fighter, but I think Pacquaio has already surpassed him in terms of resume.

Winning a title at 112 and 130?

Ring titles at 126 and 130 after starting at 108? That is insane!

Seriously, Pacquiao has the best resume in boxing right now, hands down now that Mayweather is retired, and the argument can be effectively argued that Manny had a better resume than him even when Floyd was active, just not hands down.

I think you need to seriously look at both morales and barrera's resume before you make a statement like that. Both have at least 10 more good fighters that they have faced than Pac.
