Most importantly. This thread has backfired tremendously. It goes to show the level of delusion on the Floyd Mayweather side of the game. You definitely thought this would be some sort of landslide in favor of Floyd but little do you know nobody outside of fifteen year old black males that idolize Floyd and "The Coalition Network" thinks that Mayweather is a braver fighter than Miguel Cotto. Funny you would even use the word "brave" when Cotto at a press conference said, "I can't make him fight me, when he has the courage to fight me, then I will fight him". Yeah that stings a little bit and makes your ass burn a bit being that you look ****** but what else is new? Out of the 67 total people who voted for this 17 think Mayweather is a "braver" fighter. Subtract Horus, Money May, Burner, Boof*******, Pbxftrs3:16, Withouthe88, bsrizpac, Bad_Barracuda that leaves you with 11 votes that might be honest in there belief that Floyd is a braver fighter. Outside of that its Miguel Cotto all the way. We know it, you know it, this thread knows it - just quit while your way behind guys. This is getting sad.

If the rolls were switched and Cotto retired and was in Mayweather's postition and Mayweather was in Cotto's.... Us Cotto fans wouldn't hear the end of it from you guys.. So it's a little payback for all the **** you have talked only to have your boy retire when there is big fights to be made.

I wouldn't have a word to say about cotto if he retired. Boxing is a tight nit fraternity. I don't need a pro boxer visiting the boards and seeing a post by me calling a boxer like cotto a coward. It hasn't backfired at all. It has just proved my point, that the hatred for Floyd is at an insane level.

Now ask, why do people hate? People don't hate on something that is not in some way a threat to them.

The people who hate on Floyd do so because his qualities --- the skills and courage he has demonstrated on his way to the top, combined with his "yard" persona and his pride as an elite black athlete --- make them very uncomfortable.

If that was not the case, this poll would obviously be closer.
