a 41 yr. old hopkins dropped joe. i thought joe was a GREAT boxer? joe won the hopkins fight by swarming like manny does. did he outbox a 41 yr. old? no he outworked him and outpunched him like manny did. only difference is when manny swarms he landed more cleanly and with more power.

The only thing that kept Pacquaio in with a technical fighter like Marquez was his power, knocking him down 4 times in two fights.

The way I see it is... You can't out box a fighter who isn't willing to box himself.

Hopkins staying on the ropes and bouncing off them with a head butt and maybe a 1-2 and then clinching is not boxing, not in my opinion anyway. Calzaghe did what he needed to win, nothing more, nothing less.
