Do you honestly think the wild Pacquiao would beat Calzaghe? It would be a boxing lesson imo.
you never know, actually. Pacquiao in the make believe world of p4p would be the fastest opponent Calzaghe had ever faced, and Ive never seen Calzaghe fight a good southpaw. we dont really know how he would look against another lefty.

and honestly, even though I felt Pacquiao lost to Marquez, you have to admit he did fairly well against Marquez. and Marquez is one hell of a skilled boxer, I dont think it would be an exaggeration at all to say that Marquez has better counter punching abilities than Calzaghe.

but anyways yea, its either Calzaghe or Pacquiao.

Ok, Oscar has beaten better people than Calzaghe but is he even P4p ranked?

        No?

Marquez is a phenomenal counter puncher, he would be crusing at the top of my P4P list if he was only more aggressive.

Still, these lists are subjective, would you say Marquez is tougher opposition than a 43 year-old Hopkins?

Pac-man beat guys over the last two years 18 pounds above the weightclass in which he won his first title in, which in itself is impressive.

If indeed Mayweather's gone for good, I have Pac at number 1 followed by Calzaghe.

Calzaghe's performance "much higher" than Pacquiao's level of performance over the last 2 years???

Im pretty sure it has barely been 2 years since Pacquiao received fighter of the year. Last time I checked they determine the winner of that award based on level of performance.

P4P lists change all the time, I would have to say Oscar's last big win was against Vargas which was nearly 6 years ago. Inactivity and the lack of a significant win since, means DLH simply is not RELEVANT to be included in anyone's CURRENT P4P list.

jc is p4p number 1 in my opinion because i dont think anyone p4p could beat him. pacman i cnt say the same 4. people myt call jc a slapper etc but thats down to years of fighting and people who say that have probably only watched the lacy kessler and bhop fights. hes 36 and his hands are getting weaker each fight.
p4p i cant see anyone beating him. he gets the job done.
i would have pacman as a close second.

With all due respect, some of you British folks must be smoking crack with your tea and biscuits.....

Please take a step back and stop being so damn biased..... JC isnt even top 10 P4p and its the truth.... His resume is probably worste than JC Chavez before he started fighting top calibre guys.... First off, Pac has gone through weight classes with EASE gaining belts in 3 or 4 divisions.... Calzhaggi has gone through how many divisions again????? 1 maybe?????? JC has fought tomatoes forget the cans while PAC has sought the best since he arrived in the US..... Barrerra, Morales, JMM, Ledwaba, Larios, etc....etc... Who the **** has JCC faced??? Kessler? a damn 3rd runner-up tv show contestant, Manfreddy? A 40 something year old Hopkins who btw, put his ass on the canvass???

Lets be ****ing real, if JC had the resume PAC has, you biased people would be considering him a ****ing GOD.... But, until JC fights the BEST in his division and moves up 4 or 5 weight classes gaining belts along the way, he is nowhere near p4p contention, and thats as real as it gets...
