I'm not an expert on the economics of things, but I would think it would be hard for an American fighter to get a share of UK PPV buys... is that true, or am I mistaken?

We rarely get any ppv. Only Hattons last two fights were on ppv. I paid for the floyd one but hardly anyone paid for the Lazcano bout.

Well, Hatton got a share of the UK PPV sales of the Mayweather fight, something like £6M or around that figure.

Oh forgot to mention, even though Hatton is normally a bigger draw, Cotto-Mayweather would do more buys then Hatton-Mayweather 2.
